Welcome to Church Graphics by Church Design Lab. We provide digital content designed to enhance the visual communication needs of churches and ministries. This document outlines the terms under which you may access, use, and interact with our content and services.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using any content, services, or features offered by Church Graphics by Church Design Lab (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS). If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using our services or content.

CONTENT USAGE RIGHTS – PERMITTED USES
• You are authorized to download and store our content on a single facility’s local computer, server, or cloud storage.
• Our content can be used in non-commercial environments such as church websites, social media accounts, and live church services.
• You may modify and customize the content to suit your church’s specific needs, provided all other conditions are respected.
• Printed materials featuring our content are permissible for non-commercial use, such as church bulletins and flyers.

CONTENT USAGE RIGHTS – PROHIBITED USES
• You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose our content for any form of commercial use or profit.
• Our content cannot be shared with other churches, organizations, or external entities not covered under your license agreement.
• The content may not be offered in any downloadable format on third-party platforms, websites, or as part of a mass distribution system.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED USES
• You are strictly prohibited from reselling or sublicensing our content in a way that competes with Church Graphics by Church Design Lab’s original offerings.
• Making our content available to the public in downloadable form or using it on platforms that allow mass distribution is forbidden.
• Using our content in conjunction with AI tools to generate new artwork or imagery, or in association with material that is pornographic, defamatory, or fraudulent, is strictly forbidden.

LICENSE AGREEMENT
By using our content, you enter into a non-exclusive, non-transferable license that grants you the right to use it according to these terms. This license applies to all digital content provided by Church Graphics by Church Design Lab, including but not limited to images, graphics, templates, and media materials.

MEMBERSHIP AND BILLING
• Membership grants you year-round access to our content and services, with automatic renewal unless otherwise adjusted in your account settings.
• Monthly installment memberships are binding and cannot be canceled until all installments are fully paid.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing and will notify you of any changes via email.
• Membership cancellations are allowed at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for early termination or unused portions of your subscription.

DOWNLOAD ACTIVITY & REFUNDS
Once any file has been downloaded during an active subscription period, we are unable to issue a refund, regardless of when the cancellation request is submitted. This includes partial refund requests.

ACCOUNT SECURITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information, including your login credentials. In case of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security, you must notify Church Graphics by Church Design Lab immediately.

THIRD-PARTY & STOCK CONTENT POLICY
You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient rights to any third-party assets used with our content (including photos, videos, fonts, textures, and audio). By using third-party assets with our templates or by uploading content to our platform, you agree that:
• All third-party assets are cleared for commercial, derivative use and—if placed inside downloadable templates—redistribution under the applicable license (e.g., CC0/Unsplash/Pexels, or paid stock with an Extended/Enhanced license if required).
• “Editorial use only” content is not permitted.
• Do not use content that features trademarks, logos, or recognizable people unless appropriate model/property releases and permissions are obtained.
• You may not redistribute raw stock files; if stock is used inside a downloadable template, it must be reasonably flattened/rasterized so the original file cannot be extracted.
We may request proof of licenses/releases at any time and may remove content that appears non-compliant.

CONTRIBUTOR WARRANTY & INDEMNITY
If you upload, submit, or provide content to ChurchGraphics.com, you represent and warrant that: (a) you own the content or have all rights necessary to grant us a license to host, display, distribute, and sublicense the content to our subscribers for church/ministry uses consistent with these Terms; (b) your content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights (including copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or publicity rights); (c) all required model and/or property releases have been obtained; and (d) you will provide source/asset IDs and license documentation upon request. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Church Graphics by Church Design Lab, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your content or your breach of these Terms.

DMCA NOTICE & TAKEDOWN POLICY
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512). We respond to properly formatted notices of alleged infringement.

To request removal of allegedly infringing material, send a notice to our Designated Agent that includes: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to locate it (e.g., exact URL on our site); (4) your contact information (name, address, telephone, email); (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material and notify the uploader.

COUNTER-NOTICE
If you believe your content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the Designated Agent containing: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal (URL); (3) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and (4) your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or Santa Clara County, California, if outside the U.S.) and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant informs us they have filed a court action.

REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers and/or remove content at our discretion. Submitting false or bad-faith notices or counter-notices may result in legal liability.

REPORTING NON-COPYRIGHT IP ISSUES
For trademark, privacy, or other concerns not covered by the DMCA, contact Thomas@churchgraphics.com. We review all credible reports and may remove or disable content at our discretion.

WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Church Graphics by Church Design Lab offers its content on an “as-is” basis and makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, availability, or performance of our content. We disclaim any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our content or services.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes arising from your use of Church Graphics by Church Design Lab’s content or services will be resolved through binding arbitration under California law.

CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. By continuing to use our content or services after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
